Structure: R.C.C. Framed Structure.
Super Structure: External Walls 9” thickness ducts and internal walls 4½” thickness with lightweight red brick Masonry.
Plastering: Cement mortar sponge finishing for internal and external walls.
Main Door: 7’ Height Teakwood door frame and veneered shutters with reputed hardware fittings finished with melamine (PU polish).
Internal DoorsTeak wood frames with best quality flush door with design.
Windows: UPVC Windows with safety grills.
Painting: Wall putty finishing in all rooms with Asian paints. External walls of the building will be painted with Asian Paints.
Flooring: Vitrified flooring and anti skid tiles for Toilets. Stair Case & Corridor: Granite flooring with SS railing.
Toilets: Wall Tiles up to 7’ height one Indian W.C. with flush tank in common Toilet and one EWC with flush tanks will be provided in attached Toilets.
Kitchen: Black Granite platform with Stainless Steel sink and Dado with glazed tiles up to 2’ height above the platform. Provision for Chimney Water purifier and micro oven.
Electrical: V-Guard or Finolex copper concealed three phase wiring and switches and fittings or equivalent, power outlets for air conditioners will be given in bed rooms. Power outlets for geysers will be provided in wash area and one 15 amp SOCKET for washing machine will be provided.
Plumbing: Best quality taps and wall mixer will be used, Ashirwad pipes and fittings will be used for water line, Prince or Sudhakar PVC pipes will be used for waste water and drainage line. Chemical water Proofing for all Toilets.
Lift: 6 Passenger Lift.
Note: Extra charges for Lofts, Shelves, extra Electrical points, modifications and alterations. All expenses towards Electrical Transformer, Panel board, Municipal Water and Drainage will be extra. Registration, VAT, GST and Service Tax as per Govt. Norms will be extra.
